Matthew W. Gosney

Matt Gosney is, among other things, the Vice-President of Organizational Development and Learning Services for UCHealth in Denver, CO (USA) as well as an author in the arena of Human Resource Development (HRD). His primary writing interests focus on the philosophical underpinnings of HRD, the history of HRD, and the scholar-practitioner gap in HRD. He has a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from Brigham Young University and the University of Central Oklahoma, respectively, and a Doctor of Education degree in Human Resource & Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas.

When he is not managing his day job or writing, Dr. Gosney enjoys cooking meals for friends and family, coaching little league soccer, going to the movies with his lovely spouse, and playing with his two sons. He has also inherited an irrational love for college football, much as one would inherit diabetes.
