Amanda Coleman

Amanda Coleman is a mother of two. She's made Central Texas her home for as many years as she's been alive. Amanda grew up in Waco before moving to Marlin as a child. She spent many years in Marlin before moving to Groesbeck where she calls home.

Amanda graduated from Marlin High School and then worked at the local Wal-mart for several years before marrying and having children. Eventually, she rejoined the workforce as a dispatcher with Marlin PD and FD until October 2018 when she went on to work elsewhere as a 911 Dispatcher which she is still doing today.

Having discovered a passion for writing as far back as elementary school, Amanda has been writing short stories for herself and her friends since then.

Vampire's Blood is the first book she's had published, with the second book in the Phoenix Chronicles: Demon's Flame following. The third installment in the series was released soon in 2020. More books are planned for the series and she is co-writing a series with her daughter.
