I have spent the bulk of my career consulting with instructors on a myriad of higher education assessment issues from how to use multiple-choice questions as a learning and assessment tool to how to use assessment to inform decisions about your teaching and your students learning. In addition to my role as an assessment consultant, I have had the opportunity to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in educational psychology and statistics. In my current position as the Director of Learning Design and Assessment at the Open Learning Initiative (OLI) at Stanford University, I work with instructors to develop pedagogical and assessment solutions related to innovations in blended and online learning.
