Esq. David Ferleger

David Ferleger, J.D. of Philadelphia, PA, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1972. He has a national law and consulting practice. He has litigated individual and class action cases, argued five times before the Supreme Court of the United States and been counsel in other Supreme Court litigation. Mr. Ferleger has represented individuals and government agencies, taught law school (University of Pennsylvania Law School and New York University Law School), has published books and articles, lectured and consulted nationally. He is the editor of the volume, Disability Justice (2016). Mr. Ferleger has served federal courts as a judicial adjunct, presiding over hearings and assisting courts as special master, monitor and technical advisor.
