Tony Caligula (1967-present) was born in Louisville, Kentucky and grew up in the predominantly Black downtown area. For over 20 years, he served this country as an Army Soldier, with five overseas tours (to include Desert Storm and "Rocket City", Afghanistan), eventually enrolling in the Officer Candidate School and graduating top of his class as Distinguished Graduate in 2004. A graduate of Liberty University with a Master of Religious Education degree (2012), Caligula's current focuses are primarily ethnopsychology and sociology with solutions from an evangelical perspective and based on Army principles. After the Wounded Warrior was medically retired from the Army with an honorable medical discharge in 2015.
