Mike Mack is the President and Founder of X5 Management, where he has spent more than two decades helping founders, executives, and leadership teams strengthen leadership, align teams, and prepare for long-term success.

An executive coach, facilitator, and strategic advisor, Mike specializes in leadership development, succession planning, and organizational growth. He is the author of six business books, several of which have achieved Amazon bestseller status. His latest book, SUCCESSION: The Quiet Crisis of Transition—and How to Prepare for It, explores the leadership and continuity challenges organizations face as founders and senior leaders prepare for transition.

Mike holds an MBA from Athabasca University and completed the Governance Program for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises through the University of Alberta School of Business.
