Howie Noel

Howie Noel is the creator, writer & artist of the popular paranormal comic book, Tara Normal®, the official cartoonist of TAPS Paramagazine and a professional caricaturist. Howie's character and comic strip Tara Normal® have appeared in the publication since 2010 as well as online at TaraNormal.com since 2009. He recently created artwork for the official The Walking Dead website for Thanksgiving and April Fool's Day promos and his art appeared on WWE Raw. He is an award-winning graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and his first graphic novel Mr. Scootles was published in 2008.
