Seamus O'Dowd

Seamus O'Dowd is an Irish martial arts instructor. Having studied karate, tai-chi and bo-jutsu for over thirty years, he is internationally respected for his knowledge, skills and teaching ability.

A direct student of the famous Hirokazu Kanazawa Soke, Seamus is in great demand to teach all over the world.

He has produced DVDs, written for magazines and written a martial arts blog for several years.

"A Karate Story" is his first book, and provides an autobiographical account of his first thirty years of training in martial arts.
