Advertising and marketing strategies have always been challenging to me as a former owner and manager of funeral establishments. Bill's book is a complete breakdown of today's funeral consumer and a roadmap to effective marketing and advertising principles. He explains the different phases that consumers go through on their journey to purchasing funeral services and the different types of buyers they represent. The book accomplishes two major factors for today's funeral home owners, growth in market share which then leads to growth in overall revenue. It's a must read, and I encourage my fellow professionals to secure a copy and apply Bill's sound advice.
