DeBora L’T. Mapp, EdD, is a transformative author, speaker, family coach, parent of five engineers and founder of Schooling Solutions LLC dba Dr. Mapp Speaks. She is a retired educator with successful experiences in universities, school districts and community agencies. Learning from her farmer grandparents, civil rights activist parents and social justice research, she understands that living, learning and our families are connected and impacted by historical, political, educational and social forces.

This understanding requires a holistic approach that she developed into the empowering S.A.U.C.E. Framework. Dr. Mapp believes empowered adults are better equipped to seek well-being and relational healing, crucial in these contradictory times to prepare themselves and next generations for success in an uncertain world.
