Ronke Jegede

Ronke Jegede is an AI Governance Architect and Fractional Chief AI Officer, and the Founder of Cardinal AI Systems, a UK-registered AI governance company serving regulated firms across the UK.

Her books, written over a decade of advising organisations on digital visibility and reputation, explore a question that has only grown more consequential: how organisations are seen, judged, and held accountable in digital systems. That question now drives her AI governance work with law firms, accountancy practices and healthcare providers.

She holds an LLB, qualified as a chartered governance professional in 1994, holds a certificate in AI Governance from University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, is certified in ISO 42001, ISO 23894 and the EU AI Act (BSI) and completed leadership training at Harvard Business School. She has deployed over 40 live AI platforms across regulated sectors. She knows how regulators think because she spent a career inside that world.

She is based in London.
