AUTHOR’S BIOGRAPHY

Linnet enjoys working with small children and teenagers. Over the years she has worked with youngsters in different professional roles, which were teacher, day nursery manager, and qualified social worker. Linnet also fostered young people for over a decade.

Linnet is now retired but working as a volunteer at a school near her home.

Linnet years of working with small children and their families, along with being a parent as well, awaken her aware to the challenges children are confronting in our societies today.

Therefore, some of the stories she has written are aimed at speaking directly to the minds of the child, which will enable them to deal with the issues they are facing and how to seek help.

Eg. Sexual abuse, bullying, gang activites and keep focusing and whats important to life.

Linnet is a Christian and also uses stories to teach moral values to children to empower, educate and encourage them to achieve their potentials.

Over the years, Linnet continues to be involved in charity work

for children. Linnet is an effective story teller and is telling stories to children during church services.

Linnet is currently offering financial support to children in poor countries towards their education.

Linnet has written books for young children, teenagers and adults.

Linnet has two grown up daughters and four grandchildren.
