Judy Sundayo

Judy Sundayo, Ph.D. was once named an Outstanding Young Woman of America. She studied with seminal theorists in the field of psychology, including Rogers, Maslow, Ellis, Yalom, Moreno and Satir. She is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice and a Program Case Manager for the National Football League's Substance Abuse Program. For over 20 years she has also served as a tenured professor in the Counseling Department at San Diego Mesa College. Judy combines what she has learned in the field of psychology with the expressive arts. Having been a poet since the age of 11, her goal is to help people heal and grow through the written word, the spoken word and the visual arts.
