Francesco Gamba. Born in 1942 in Rome Italy.
In 1958 along with a some school friends creates a musical group. The call themselves "Gli Spettri" (the Spooks) the group is very successful but short lived, due to the fact that the families want them to graduate from high school and to search for "real work" thus they impose them to abandon their music.
For a number of years he works on programming and installation of telecommunications systems assisted by the very first computers. He marries and has two children, the free time he has left he uses to obtain a degree in Cultural anthropology and later an additional degree in Clinical Psychology. The company he works for promotes him to an executive post in Human Resources.
After obtaining his psychotherapy certification specializing in systemic-relational, he leaves his executive position in the company for a sabbatical period of reflection and later begins his liberal profession.
Fascinated by the complexity of human behavior, he continues his professional training on the Theory of Attachment by Bowlby, EMDR technique for treatment of trauma and the the polyvagal theory of Porges.
Recently he has decided to reduce his commitment in the clinical field to focus more on studying and writing.
He firmly believes that the human body and the brain, that is part of it, is a very complex unison of which we know little of.
