Dr. Nate Lowe is an entrepreneur, national and international speaker and published author. His first book “To Be Somebody” uplifting and inspiring, this true story provide a vivid picture of a person ending up victorious and growing up to be somebody no matter how bad the situation he came from. It illustrates if only a person keep the faith and not loses hope, dreams do come true.
Dr. Lowe, a dynamic speaker who possess a heart for the welfare of others. His accomplishments are merit having over 40 plus years of experience in the field of treating addictive behaviors; developing treatment programs around the country to address the defeating behaviors associated with alcohol abuse and drug use. His educational attributes consist of degrees in Health Administration, Social Work, Counseling, Management and Supervision with a concentration on treating addiction disorder, and a PhD in Psychology.
Dr. Lowe has worked extensively with military personnel addressing alcohol/drug addiction and post-traumatic stress disorder. He served as medical corpsman in the United States Army. Upon honorably discharged he begin his professional career in nursing addressing the addictive process and the aftereffects. For sixteen years, he directed the Unites States Marine Corps Drug Prevention Program at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, CA.
He is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer for New Day Community Centers and Nate Lowe and Associates, an organization that provides consultation and treatment services for individuals and family members who struggles with addictions.
