I specialize in fatigue, burnout , stress, physical training, nutrition, supplementation and increasing mental resilience. For over a decade, I have been treating olympic athletes, special forces, and people concerned about their health, who want to perform better while reducing their biological cost.
As a sports physiotherapist and former cyclist, I start with the following premise : the body must first be fully equipped and in good condition before effort. Through the testing of physical, hormonal, mental and emotional fatigue I advise on how to increase energy levels and find a balance between load and recovery. My guidance focuses on a range of areas, from food to sports and time management.
I wrote “Rest is the New Sport” after almost 20 years of practice and research, to share my method with as many people as possible. I believe the knowledge in this book can help shape a new paradigm in health and fitness.
