Karen M Walker

Dr. Karen M. Walker is a well-decorated retired Marine Corps officer with a distinguished military career that includes three combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She is an expert in organizational psychology, an author, and an advocate for diversity and change as she strives to improve the transition experience for veterans.

Dr. Walker has an extensive background in government, corporate industries, and academia, as well as being an entrepreneur herself. Her experiences range from the Department of Defense, U.S. Secret Service, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Justice, Synergy Learning Institute 501(c)(3), Final Notice Investigative Services Group, University of New Mexico, University of the Rockies, Ashford University, Arizona University, along with co-authoring one of Inc. Magazine's Top 60 Leadership books for women, Leading by My Ponytail, and an award-winning screenplay "Battle Cries."

In 2018, Dr. Karen launched her own business, KW Productions, an expansive organization offering a library of innovative tools that predict the future. The tools are proprietary to KW Productions, although certification and licensure for consultants who work in management consulting and similar fields are offered.
