Michael Farmer

Michael Farmer was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After college, he worked at IBM and Club Méditerranée. This followed with stint at an Exxon Enterprise company which took him to Europe, as sales manager for the Benelux and Scandinavia, becoming CEO in Belgium. At the European (EMEA) HQ of Motorola, and then CPT, as Regional Director, he had pan-European management responsibilities to develop business through distribution channels. He has spent 40 years in international business development from strategy formulation to field implementation, restructuring and turnaround in 44 countries with over 119 nationalities, increasing worldwide revenue. He founded a international management consultancy firm in 1984, focusing on business transformation and has helped many Fortune 100 clients achieve stellar results from 200% to 1100% bottom line improvement within 30 months. He is an author, coach, consultant, and presenter to companies ranging from the well-established corporations to the newly created start-ups.
