Crystal Cathell is an international author. Most recently, she was part of the uplifting compilation, Goodness Abounds, a #1 Amazon Bestseller.

She is also a freelance editor, working with clients around the world. She focuses on drawing out and cultivating the unique voice of each client through the stories they have to share. Her editorial work includes Joyous Spirit-The Secret to Christian Happiness by Jimi Love and the recent Amazon Bestseller, Unleashing The Entrepreneurial Spirit Within You, Doing Business The Kingdom Way by Rev. Sheddy Mbizvo.

Crystal and her husband are the founders of Ever Expanding Life. EEL was created as a result of their many transformative life experiences and a desire to help others on the path to greater fulfillment. EEL provides tips, tools, and resources to expand life in all its many facets, from health and fitness, self development and personal growth to DIY, travel, and more.

Crystal is the founder and creator of FitnessCat. Through FitnessCat, she shares her personal journey to better health and fitness. In doing so, she provides information, tips, recipes, inspiration and motivation for others.

Crystal is passionate about traveling and experiencing other cultures. She has hosted several foreign exchange students from Kyrgyzstan, Germany, and Montenegro. She is a Certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) instructor. Her students include those from Japan, Mexico, and Italy.
