Nick Shady

Nick Shady is a fourth generation farmer, farm business coach, and farmer health advocate. He and his wife, author Ayesha Hilton, have written a book on farm succession planning after they saw the impact of poor or non-existent succession planning has had in their community. Nick speaks regularly around Australia about the future of farming and the need for farmers to operate their farm like a business. Nick lives in regional Australia, near Ballarat in Victoria, with his wife, their children, a dog called Holly, and Ayesha's dad.
