Bien Kee-Yeow is a Malayan Chinese whose forefathers were pioneers in the early development of British Singapore and Malaya,post 1819 era.

The Author in his many roles as a Supply Teacher,Musician and Artistes Agent in England, writes about his experience through the eye of a foreigner;of his encounters with the local natives.
