Anup Robins

Anup Robins is currently working as a HR-Business Partner in one of the biggest IT Service Firms in India. He holds a PGDM from T.A. Pai management Institute, Manipal and a BE from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal. He has been supporting one of the leading accounts within his organization handling almost all the aspects the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee engagement, grievance management, performance management and employee development. He has won a number of awards including the best Business Enabler Award and the CEO Award for the Best Ideator in his current organization. He also has been a part of a number of recruitment drives.

His other interests include writing, music and playing chess and cricket. He has written a number of articles and essays and has also won awards for the same.
