Steffen E. Eikenberry

Steffen Eikenberry was born in Arizona, to which he periodically returns. After a very long stint getting a PhD (in biomedical engineering) and an MD in southern California, he's back again as a professor-type in mathematics. His chief interests now are how consumption drives global warming and environmental change (hence the book), and the likely effects of climate change on infectious disease.
