Halford H. Fairchild

Halford H. Fairchild is Professor Emeritus at Pitzer College (1993-2016). He is a Past President of the Association of Black Psychologists (1986-87). In his last year of teaching, he tasked his students with publishing three books: (Re)Solving Violence in America; Black Lives Matter: Lifespan Perspectives; and Social Psychology and World Peace: A Primer. Dr. Fairchild is a spoken word aficionado and has a channel on YouTube.
