Hi, I'm Isabel, a natural health enthusiast from Portugal! The pictures on the right are of my beautiful Douro, region known for the world class Port Wine. A Mediterranean upbringing gave me great core values and great insights as to how to take good care of myself physically, emotionally and mentally.

I want to share those insights with you, as well as the beautiful heritage present in the recipes I share. They combine the wisdom of the Mediterranean peoples in combining healthy foods and seasonings into delicious treats, with the practicality and ease that we require in our day to day lives!
