Randa Roberts

Randa Lee Roberts was born in Tallahassee, Florida and grew up in Monticello, Florida living briefly in both Maryland and California as a young child. She attended Aucilla Christian Academy for the majority of her high school years then Leon High School her senior year while dual-enrolled at Florida State University. After graduation, she attended Tallahassee Community College from which she earned her AA followed attendance at The University of Florida earning her MA in Early Childhood Education with a BA in Elementary Education. After her first year of teaching, she returned to Florida State University and received a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy followed by The University of West Georgia obtaining a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership as well. She recently moved back to her home state of Florida while her youngest son serves in the U.S. Coast Guard, and her oldest son who served in the U.S. Navy, works towards completing his higher education.

Randa first knew of her desire to become an author at the young age of twelve when poetry she'd written was chosen for publication . She continues to follow her dreams of writing and has published Surviving Cancer: A Caregivers Guide to Survival One Step at a Time; followed by Get the Real "Skinny" on Healthy Weight Loss: Commit to a Lifestyle Modification and Get Results (series of 5 books); Children Topics from A to Z: A Guide for Tackling Tough Issues, Volumes 1, 2 and 3 (out of 5 volumes) have been published. She released her first children's book, Liver for Dinner, in November 2016 and continues writing additional volumes for various series with a new children's release coming Spring 2021.
