Lynne Cobb

Writing since she could hold a crayon, Lynne has loved the craft for as long as she can remember - which is quite a while. Progressing from crayons and homemade storybooks to typewriters and computers, Lynne has many articles and essays published in the major Detroit dailies and their ancillary magazines, local parenting and business publications and national magazines. She has essays published in these anthologies: Heartstrings from Heaven; What I do to get through, and Feisty after 45. Her blog posts have been featured on Erma Bombeck's Writing Workshop, HuffPo50, Midlife Boulevard, BlogHer and Vibrant Nation.

Additionally, she facilitates journaling and art journaling workshops. Lynne is a member of the Detroit Working Writers. When her head isn't buried behind the computer - cup of coffee in hand - you'll find her trying out new restaurants with family and friends, snuggling with her dog, traveling, bike riding, knitting or reading - all which becomes more fodder for her blog.
