challenging and enjoyable at the same time. Steven Johnson's teaching style is as a
master story teller which makes his lessons come to life and makes them
very memorable for his students. Mr. Johnson also has a very good rapport
with his students and always shows concern and compassion toward them and anyone he meets in his travels.
Steven Johnson has also done extensive research and writing in his field of
history, especially Asian, African, and early American history. He was chosen in 2006 to represent South Carolina in a travel and teaching program to Southeast Asia. Steven Johnson has written over 15 articles for Military Heritage, Military History, and Strategy & Tactics magazines in addition to being an author of "Unknown Wars of Asia, Africa, and the America's that Changed History." The author’s style of writing has been compared to that of the late author Shelby Foote’s Civil War writing. Mr. Johnson continues to work as an instructor and as a freelance writer and is working on a sequel to his current book which has sold several thousand copies over the last couple of years.
