Betsy Dickinson

Betsy Dickinson was born and raised north of Chicago, in Waukegan, Illinois. She moved to the desert Northwest in 1992. She earned a Bachelors degree in Earth Science and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She worked in the drug and alcohol counseling field for many years and consulted with business and industry on human resources issues. For over ten years she has been a Human Resources manager for a large school district. Betsy has traveled to Canada, England and has visited all 50 United States. She is married with a step-son and owns three rescue dogs. She is a pianist, has owned an herb store, been a Wiccan High Priestess, and generally led a non-linear life. She draws on all of these experiences to develop intriguing scenes in her novel, THE WATER MASTER.
