I have been on my Spiritual path as far back as I can remember. Since childhood, I have developed a love for ritual and connection to the Divine through sacred music and meditation. I became a ReikiMaster/Teacher and engaged in a variety of growth and change practices that led me to seek and follow an eclectic Spiritual path. I continued my learning through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies' training in Core Shamanism, Shamanic Counseling and healing, and later became a Wiccan Priest. I am a member of the clergy of the Chosen Path Church of Jacksonville, Florida.

For over 40 years, I worked in learning and development roles while also walking my pagan path. And I discovered that whether in our work, our spiritual practice or our social network, fulfilling our purpose is all about learning to create and continuously affirm a vision for your path; clarify your deepest values and turn them into principles to guide your every step and decision; see every ego attack as an opportunity to release an energetic block and choose love; and set - and act on - your intentions for connection with Spirit and walking your path with heart.

In the corporate word, I worked with hundreds of people in all kinds of roles, helping them and their teams define their mission and purpose, assess their values, develop their ethical and guiding business principles, and create their plans to make things happen for their people and their customers.

In other words, I helped them look within for purpose and guidance – otherwise known as divination; create and act on intentions and plans, – otherwise known as manifestation; and identify and remove obstacles to their effectiveness – otherwise known as healing.

So, in 2016, I wrote Reclaiming Your Sacred Path: Using Divination, Manifestation, and Healing to Resume Your Spiritual Journey, I offer some of the best of personal learning and growth approaches combined with the metaphysical principles of seeking your own spiritual guidance, setting intentions and manifesting your ideal path, and healing from the stresses of the journey. This book ends with a self-initiation between you and Spirit.

And now I offer Renewing Your Sacred Promise: Lessons from Walking a Spiritual Path of Growth to support readers in following an independent Spiritual path in this material world, to remember and fulfill the Sacred Promise that led you to incarnate this time. It can help you create your own rhythm of devotion, divination, manifestation, healing, and ritual; name, face, and heal the shadow's self-limiting beliefs, and maintain your balance to avoid the traps of bypassing, dogma, and unhealthy dependencies.

I earned my masters and doctoral degrees in education at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. I am committed to the standards of care and conduct of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners, as well as the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
