Sarah Rathke

Sarah Rathke is a trial attorney and partner at the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs, whose practice focuses on supply chain disputes and related litigation involving manufacturers. She has argued and tried supply chain cases in forums throughout the U.S. Her clients include foreign, domestic, and multi-national entities across industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical, construction, and office products.

She also advises companies on supply chain regulatory and contracting issues.

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Georgetown University.
