Joni L. Mihura

Joni L. Mihura, Ph.D., ABAP was born in Stillwater, OK. Her mother's side of the family is Native American (Pawnee). She lived most of her life in Oklahoma until she started her career. She is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Toledo in Ohio and co-developer of the Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R-PAS). She is a past president of the Society for Personality (SPA) and obtained early career awards from the American Psychoanalytic Association and SPA and, in 2025, the American Psychological Association's Distinguished Contribution to Assessment Psychology. She is the founder of the Annual R-PAS in Multimethod Assessment Conference. Her specialties are in multimethod assessment, the Rorschach in particular, systematic reviews and meta-analyses in psychological assessment, and psychosis.
