Charles has also has over 25 years of Sales, Sales Management and Executive Management experience in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry. He is also an entrepreneur having developed a successful Online Personal Branding Company, QAlias.com. And he is a lecturer and keynote speaker on Social Media Policy and Practice.
Passionate about singing, Charles performs as a Frank Sinatra impersonator with an 18-piece big band called the Blue Notes, playing at corporate events and professional venues throughout the U.S. Count on him to deliver a high-energy, entertaining keynote address or seminar.
