“Story telling is in my blood. I grew up listening to my elders give accounts of their lives and adventures. It became my earliest dream to create my own narratives for the world to hear. So, I began studying the art of writing and made it my primary focus while attending the historic Little Rock Central High School and earning a Philosophy degree from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL. I spent several years traveling the world before returning home to create The Long Way Home, my debut novel on contemporary southern culture.”
