Red O'Laughlin

F. M. “Red” O’Laughlin, III is a best-selling author, independent publisher, book coach, international speaker, and live-streaming television host. A retired U.S. Navy Captain and Naval Flight Officer with 31 years of service, he has traveled to 62 countries and brings a global, systems-based perspective to leadership, health, and human performance.

Red holds five academic degrees in chemistry, quality assurance, systems management, and international business, along with seven professional certifications, including Certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Manager, Professional Logistician, and ISO-9000 Lead Assessor. His background as a scientist, educator, and systems thinker strongly influences his research-driven approach to health, longevity, and personal optimization.

He is the host of three weekly live-streaming television programs on the USA Global TV & Radio Network, including Talking Heads, where he explores health, longevity science, and complex topics at the cellular and biochemical level with clarity and practical insight.
