Maru Dávila is a celebrity weight loss expert and healthy chef. She is the creator of the Flaca Forever® brand to help people get in the best shape of their life: physically, mentally and emotionally through the power of “Healthy Eating that Feels like Cheating”™.

Maru is a #1 international best-selling author, a health and wellness expert, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a graduate of Harvard Business School, a serial entrepreneur, a former competitive triathlete and marathon runner, and most importantly, a MOM of a 7-year-old girl and stepmom to two young adults.

Maru is determined to inspire and empower people to get healthy, lose weight and improve their mood with delicious food. She is an expert in achieving big and diffcult goals. She was a affected by depression for 20 years, went through multiple failed relationships, and got into major financial difficulties in her early 40’s. After decades of self-neglect and ignorance of the toxicity and food sensitivities that were affecting her health, she finally began to have multiple problems including the beginnings of an autoimmune disease, leaky gut, and chronic sinus infections among many others, all of which she has been able to overcome and control through her own products and programs.

Today, Maru’s passion is to empower and inspire women to get back in control of their weight, their health and their life so that they can and achieve the freedom they deserve and dream of.
