Anna-Karin Björklund

Anna-Karin Björklund M.A. is an inspirational writer and the author of Dream and Believe, The Dream Alchemist, and Dream Guidance. She is also a teacher of dreams, soul growth, and yoga, and her work has been featured in many media outlets, including Marie Claire, Money, Yours, and goop, and she has appeared on NBC, Fox and CBS.

Anna-Karin is the Chair of the Board of the nonprofit organization The International Association for the Study of Dreams, and is also a specialist with Miraval Life in Balance Spa. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University in Orange, CA, and a bachelor’s degree in tourism management, from University of Technology Sydney, Australia.

A passionate world explorer, she is originally from Sweden, and has lived in five countries. Her home is now in California, where she lives with her daughter and baby Coco – their bi-lingual French Bulldog. She is often found reading a good book in her little herb garden, sipping lavender tea.
