Lyn Conway

Lyn Conway has been an entrepreneur for more than four decades. She has experienced three-dimensional success in Direct Sales, as a field leader, corporate trainer and business owner.

Lyn is a former elementary school teacher. She started in direct sales in 1975 to earn $50 a week and get out and talk to adults a couple of nights a week. For 15 years, she consistently earned awards for sales, recruiting and team development. From 1990-1997 Lyn worked in a corporate capacity with direct sales companies. In 1997, Lyn founded A Fresh Perspective, Inc., a consulting company dedicated to helping independent entrepreneurs and direct sales companies reach their full potential. She is passionate about offering people the opportunity to choose a career that meets their needs!

Lyn lives in Rhode Island, has been married to Dan for 40+ years, is the mother of two grown children and three amazing grandchildren. Her proudest moment was when she overheard her children saying that she didn't work when they were growing up!
