Anthony Barone

Tony Barone has been engaged in world trade for the last four decades. He has held executive positions in both manufacturing and logistics services at both large and small companies including Pfizer and UTI. From 1988 to 2003 he was managing director of the Hanover Group specializing in international logistics and trade finance. He served as an advisor to the World Customs Organization (2006-2014); the U.S. Department of Commerce Supply Chain Competitiveness Committee (2012-2014) and U.S. Customs (2006 - 2009). As Chair of Customs and Trade Facilitation at the International Chamber Of Commerce (2011- 2014) he identified the export-import problems of smaller enterprises. He is an occasional adjunct professor at Rutgers University and taught trade related courses at New York's World Trade Institute from 1988 to 1993. Tony is a graduate of Columbia University with an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
