Emily Plank

Emily Plank is a writer specializing in play-based education, diversity and culture in early childhood education, and outdoor learning. In the field of early childhood education, she has served as a family child care provider, mentor, and consultant. Emily is completing a graduate degree in Childhood Studies at Linköping University in Sweden. Her first book, Discovering the Culture of Childhood, was released to much acclaim in 2016. She and her family currently live in Lausanne, Switzerland.
