Education beyond college graduation is important so Duarte completed required courses for a real estate sales license and then the required courses for a California Brokers License. Achievement in the real estate industry is very important and Duarte has earned certificates as a negotiation expert and real-estate e-PRO® expert. His career long membership in the California Association of Realtors has led to service in that organization as a state director. He has long served his local association as chairman of various committees and director. He was recently honored with a scholarship to attend and earn a mediator’s certificate from the prestigious and world-renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Being professional in an industry in which most consumers make the greatest investment of their lifetime requires well rounded experience beyond merely listing and selling single family homes. Life in the San Joaquin Valley has brought vast experience to this real estate professional in the marketing of multi-unit investments, business opportunities, farms and ranches as well as property management.
