He has stepped out on a side adventure, combining two of his passions: art & healthy meals. Years ago, When his daughter was 3, He created for her an edible masterpiece only an artist could replicate on a kitchen griddle. It was a unique, one of a kind, fun pancake shape of mickey mouse. Becoming a weekly tradition for he and his daughter, he decided the idea of helping teach others master this was intriguing to him. So he worked for years to perfect the idea. While in the process, he created a collection of fun cookbooks everyone in the family can enjoy.
