Tasha Golden

Golden is the songwriter & frontwoman of the critically acclaimed band Ellery. She is also a poet and scholar, and she founded Project Uncaged: a creative-writing-based health intervention for incarcerated teen women. Holding a PhD in Public Health Sciences, Golden researches the impact of the arts, creative writing, and aesthetics on public health and community well-being. She once recorded a sultry french song about black cats, for which she refuses to apologize.
