Paul Rouke

Paul Rouke started out his career at BAE systems on a British Aerospace Apprenticeship scheme. But from 1998 onwards he began designing online user experiences for some of the world’s largest blue-chip, multi-channel brands and fashion retailers. Recognising the importance of understanding user behaviour and psychology to improve online experiences, he set up his agency, PRWD in 2004.

Over the past 12 years PRWD has helped business become truly customer centric whilst achieving significant growth through data driven website testing and optimisation. Clients include, Moss Bros, Skyscanner, Money Supermarket, Lakeland, The North Face, Schuh and Speedo.

Paul is considered one of the main experts in the field of conversion optimisation, renowned for creating value, change and growth for companies worldwide. Often found speaking on the international stage, as well as training brands worldwide for Econsultancy.
