Deborah E Oxberry

Deborah Oxberry has nearly 30 years' experience of working in health and social care, with 20 of them spent in a business development role. She has worked for both the NHS and large voluntary sector organisations holding positions up to Associate Director level.

Deborah enjoys sharing knowledge with others and has developed and delivered many training courses, including acting as a guest lecturer on the Psychological Therapies course at the University of York.

Deborah has an MA and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Durham, is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and an Accredited Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Married to Allan for over thirty years, they live in Co Durham in the north east of England with a very curly dog called Ted. In her spare time Deborah plays the harp, embracing the motto, “you have to practise like the devil to play like an angel!” She is also an aspiring artist, a prolific reader, and self-proclaimed hermit
