Sondra Yvonne Hill-Ward is currently self-employed as a Cosmetology Consultant, Electronic Health Records Consultant, and Veteran licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Alabama for 16 years, is currently a "Visionary 40" member of the I Am WOMAN Network.

Her plans as C.E.O. of Nandi Ventures, LLC is to open a chain of self-serve Laundromats that will be open 24 hours and assist women who desire to start in the laundry business by linking them with information and resources, which enable them to fulfill their dreams.

She currently resides in Bessemer, AL with her husband.
