D. James Benton is married to his high school sweetheart, has three wonderful daughters and six grandchildren. He lives in Tennessee on a little farm next to a creek. He has worked in the power industry for 40+ years and has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. His specialties include: thermodynamics, heat transfer, and software development. His life was turned around at seventeen while visiting a mission hospital in Kenya, The Lighthouse for Christ.
