Elbony Riggins

Elbony Riggins, a resident of Alabama, is a John C. Maxwell Team member and a Certified Leadership and Relationship Transformation Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Author and Speaker for individuals who are ready to develop and change their personal, spiritual and professional lifestyle. Riggins does relationship coaching and mentoring specific to empowering women’s self-image, relationships, personal and professional development. Through her ongoing training through the John C. Maxwell certification program, Riggins is able to effectively coach, speak, train and inspire individuals to transform their lives by overcoming broken relationships, self-sabotage and emotional stress through strategic steps that will eliminate stress, create a happier life and help maintain healthier relationships. Riggins’ various resources provides women with a life plan blue print and applies leadership principles allowing women to achieve relational success and experience freedom in their lives. Riggins is also a mother of five, a wife and a volunteer for CASA, (Court Appointed Special Advocate), for Children through the family court system.

Riggins’ insights have been shared among many women whom she has inspired by way of leading small groups in various capacities including, leader at the Church of the Highlands ministry and serving as a Team Leader and facilitator in the ‘Blessed is She’ organization for women.

Riggins considers her involvement as a leader of the Freedom Group ministry one of her greatest life changing experiences having immensely enjoyed teaching the curriculum to women. Furthermore, Riggins’ experience as a Team Leader for the Highlands Dream Center serving on the prayer team as well as experience in professional speaking engagements has excelled her to take on additional leadership roles as she aspires to serve others.
