Shannnon Ulsifer

Shannon Ulsifer was born the sixth child of seven, five of which were boys (yep, imagine, five of them!). Raised on a farm in rural Saskatchewan, Canada, with dogs, horses, cows and chickens, Shannon spent as much time as she could reading (which was a challenge because there was always eggs to gather, cows to chase and dogs to play with), reading was a passion that never went away. Dreams of writing her own book one day took root and was always in the background as she worked in conventional jobs. Shannon seized an unexpected opportunity to write, and in December 2015, she released her first book, Suns of Magic, The Dragon City. It is the first in an exciting new magical fantasy series.
