Habeeba B. Pasha is a special education teacher with Chicago Public Schools. She was born and raised in New York City and spent her early years in Brooklyn, New York. She began writing short stories in college. The Love of Debbie La'treck is the first book in a series. She plans to publish one book per year, over the next several years.
